Harry concentrates his practice on complex personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on commercial trucking accidents, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and medical malpractice.

Throughout his career, Harry has served as lead counsel and co-chair in numerous lawsuits resulting in multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, recovering substantial compensation for clients and their families. His experience spans cases involving complex commercial transportation crashes, high-stakes medical malpractice claims, and premises safety claims against both private and governmental institutions.

Harry’s commitment to excellence has earned the respect of both his clients and his peers. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers every year since 2015, first as a Rising Star and now as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, reflecting a sustained record of professional achievement and peer recognition.

Beyond the courtroom, Harry is committed to advancing the civil justice system and advocating for the rights of injured Pennsylvanians. He serves as Vice President of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, is a member of the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ), and serves as PAJ’s Whip for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, where he works with fellow trial lawyers to protect access to justice and promote the interests of injury victims throughout the Commonwealth.

In addition to his trial practice, Harry is a Certified Mediator for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, where he helps parties resolve complex civil disputes through thoughtful negotiation and practical problem-solving.

Harry earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Temple University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. He resides in Scranton with his wife, Stephanie, and their four children. When he is not practicing law, Harry enjoys coaching youth basketball and spending time with his family and friends.
